PRICING

The prices of the products are available on our website and are inclusive of legally applicable VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.

If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we dispatch the product, we adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

We charge you when we dispatch your order and send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail. You will own it once we have received payment in full. If we’re unable to collect any payment you owe us, we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% a year above the Bank of England base rate. This interest accrues daily from the due date until the date of actual payment, whether before or after judgment. You must pay the interest along with any overdue amount.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Mcuri Limited is not the manufacturer of the products.

While we aim to ensure product information on our website is accurate, colours may differ slightly from those shown on your device, and packaging may vary. Always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before use.

We may change a product to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or make minor technical adjustments that do not affect its use.


DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders received before 4pm GMT on business days are processed the same day.
  • Orders after 4pm or during weekends are processed the next business day.
  • Allow additional time during holidays or sales.

Delivery Options & Charges:

  • Delivery options and costs are available on our website.
  • Delivery charges include VAT.

DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE

If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will inform you and take steps to minimise the delay. We will not compensate you for such delays.

If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any undelivered items.

If we are unable to fulfil the contract entirely due to such events, we will cancel it and refund you for the products not received.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.

To cancel:

  • Contact our Customer Services Team (see “Returns Policy”), or
  • Email a completed cancellation form to info@mcuri.co.uk, or
  • Post the form to: 1 Whitings Way, London, E6 6LR

Return Requirements:

  • Return the item within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • Return it at your own cost (unless free returns were offered).
  • Use a reliable courier and retain proof of return.
  • Send to: 1 Whitings Way, London, Greater London, E6 6LR

Refunds:

  • If not dispatched, refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation.
  • If dispatched, refunds are processed within 14 days of return (or proof of return).
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • We only refund standard delivery charges.
  • We may reduce the refund if the product is not in resaleable condition.

RETURNS POLICY

We follow UK consumer law to ensure all products meet the described standards.

To report issues:

Returns Window:

  • 14 days from delivery date
  • December purchases: extended return period (Dec 1–31)

Process:

  • Describe the issue and state whether you want a refund or replacement.
  • Include a photo/video showing the problem.
  • If approved, we will issue a pre-paid return label.
  • We provide updates throughout the return process.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Products with non-wear and non-misuse-related faults within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced.

Follow the returns policy process to submit a claim.


STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Up to 30 days: Refund for faulty goods
  • Up to 6 months: Full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced
  • Up to 6 years: Partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time

USE OF PRODUCTS

All products are for home or home-office use unless stated otherwise.

Using items contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions or altering them may void the warranty and your refund/repair rights.


CUSTOMS

Orders outside mainland UK may incur customs duties/taxes upon arrival. These must be paid by you.

You are the importer of record and must comply with your country’s import laws.

Cross-border deliveries may be inspected by customs authorities.


ENDING OUR CONTRACT

We may cancel our contract if you do not allow delivery within a reasonable time and claim any resulting losses.


OUR LIABILITY

We are liable for losses resulting from contract breaches unless:

  • The loss was unforeseeable
  • The delay was due to events beyond our control
  • You could have avoided the loss with reasonable action
  • It is a business-related loss

We do not exclude liability for fraud, negligence causing death/personal injury, or your statutory rights.


CHILDREN

We do not sell to minors. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete purchases.


PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

  • We may transfer this contract to another organisation with written notice.
  • This contract is solely between you and Mcuri Limited.
  • If any part of these terms is found unlawful, the rest remain in force.
